My scanlation group is called Girls’ Generation Scanlations. We mainly do yaoi, so I don’t think you’ll be that interested in it. We do DO shoujo, but yaoi outranks the shoujo.

I’m going to assume that you’re looking for a series that’s more serious and mature about the weight issue. Rather than a series that has a girl that’s overweight THEN turns skinny and pretty after finding a guy that she likes. It’s pretty rare to find one like that… especially with good artwork. I’m not Janni, so I can’t give you the BEST list, but I can give you some that are on my list that I somewhat enjoyed. No special order or anything.

I really can’t come up with much… unless you wanted a funny story. Like one where the girl loses weight right after falling in love…

There are a few out there with a similar story line. But if the specific place was London, maybe it was Konya, Kimi ni Ai ni Iku?

Hi there! Hola (;! I’m Annabelle, Janni’s cousin. I’m going to be co-owning this blog up until June because Janni is busy with prepping for college, fixing her grades, exercising, and just… having her life. As some of you probably know, she’s going to be moving after she graduates, so she had some kind of mental breakdown, so now she’s going to try to live her life to the fullest. She tried to go cliff diving, but her bf wouldn’t let her xD Doing things she can only do in the US without her parents being here. It may all seem silly, and most of you probably don’t even know that the owner of this blog has a name, but yeah. She’s going to be MIA till June, and till then, you have moi! Also, if you’re worried about the giveaway she did, she said she’s sent out some already, but is waiting to hear from the recipient to make sure that the shipping and ect. went accordingly.

I thought you guys should get to know me a little. I’m also 17, and will be going to the same college as her, but unlike her, my parents aren’t strict, and I’m an anime otaku and proud. I own my own scanlation group that releases yaoi and shoujo, so you may see me commercializing the manga my group does. Also, I tend to try to improve the scans I post, so it will look really different then what she normally posts, but manga is manga is manga. Until next time!
